Coro-Flo® Regenerative Turbine Pump CORKEN FD-150

Description:
The Coro-Flo® regenerative turbine pump is designed for high differential pressures and is suitable for LPG and other liquefied gases. It can be used both underground and aboveground, for example in Autogas applications.

Configurations:
Available as a bare-shaft pump, a complete pump unit, or a fully skidded system including CORKEN bypass valve, LPG filter, pressure gauges, safety valves, ball valves, and more.

Certifications:
Pump units FD-150 can be equipped with Exe or Exd rated electric motors for operation in hazardous (explosive) environments.

CORKEN Z3500 – vane pump

Modell Z3500 (3" NPT) – pump for stationaire and transportation

The CORKEN Z3500 is a foot-mounted, stationary rotary vane pump, which in some regions is also used as a truck-mounted pump. It is particularly well suited for medium-sized applications, such as:

  • Bulk filling
  • Loading and unloading of up to two bobtail trucks
  • transportation

In addition, the Z3500 is a direct bolt-in replacement for the Corken Model 1021, meaning no piping modifications are required.

The CORKEN Z4200 is a 4-inch belly-mount sliding vane pump, specifically designed for transport delivery applications with flow rates ranging from 757 to 1,362 L/min.
The pump is mounted directly under the tank and features a Class 300 RF flange connection, ensuring maximum mechanical stability and operational reliability.

Both belly-mount flange designs are engineered to minimize cavitation and increase overall pump efficiency, even under demanding operating conditions.
