Description:
The Coro-Flo® regenerative turbine pump is designed for high differential pressures and is suitable for LPG and other liquefied gases. It can be used both underground and aboveground, for example in Autogas applications.

Configurations:
Available as a bare-shaft pump, a complete pump unit, or a fully skidded system including CORKEN bypass valve, LPG filter, pressure gauges, safety valves, ball valves, and more.

Certifications:
Pump units FD-150 can be equipped with Exe or Exd rated electric motors for operation in hazardous (explosive) environments.

CORKEN Z2000 is a foot-mounted, stationary rotary vane pump designed for smaller plant applications such as bulk filling. In some regions of the world, the Z2000 is also used as a truck-mounted pump.

The CORKEN Z3200 is a 3-inch belly-mounted rotary vane pump, specifically designed for bobtail delivery applications with flow rates ranging from 238 to 416 L/min. It is mounted underneath the tank and utilizes a Class 300 RF flange connection, ensuring maximum stability and secure installation.

The CORKEN Z3500 is a foot-mounted, stationary rotary vane pump, which in some regions is also used as a truck-mounted pump. It is particularly well suited for medium-sized applications, such as:

• Bulk filling
• Loading and unloading of up to two bobtail trucks
• transportation

In addition, the Z3500 is a direct bolt-in replacement for the Corken Model 1021, meaning no piping modifications are required.

CORKEN Z4200 Sliding Vane Pump

The CORKEN Z4200 is a 4-inch belly-mount sliding vane pump, specifically designed for transport delivery applications with flow rates ranging from 757 to 1,362 L/min.
The pump is mounted directly under the tank and features a Class 300 RF flange connection, ensuring maximum mechanical stability and operational reliability.

Both belly-mount flange designs are engineered to minimize cavitation and increase overall pump efficiency, even under demanding operating conditions.

The CORKEN Z4500 is a stationary rotary vane pump with a 4" Class 300 RF flange connection, designed for large-scale loading and unloading applications. When using two or more bulkheads for filling transport vehicles or multiple Bobtail trucks, the Z4500 can significantly reduce loading times.
